3. Auto Enrolment Service: The Company offers an auto-enrolment service utilising the NEST pension provider to facilitate seamless and compliant pension enrolment processes.
4. Charitable Contribution: The Company is committed to social responsibility and donates 5% of all subscription fees to a breast cancer charity. This contribution will be administered annually.
5. Gold Service: The Gold Service includes employment documentation and advisory support, enhancing the client’s experience with comprehensive employment-related resources. The Gold Service also includes employment documentation and supporting advice provided by The Pink Payroll Company (“Company”). It is expressly stated that the Company is not liable for any employment advice given by the employer to the employee. Clients are encouraged to seek legal counsel for any employment-related advice they may require.
6. Employer Obligations: Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of payroll information provided to the Company. • Clients must adhere to HMRC regulations and make P32 payments on time. The Company does not assume responsibility for late payments or penalties incurred due to client actions.
7. Tax Liability: The Company is not liable for any unpaid taxes owed by the employer. Clients are solely responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations, and any consequences arising from non-compliance rest with the client.
8. Modification of Services: The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its services. Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
9. Confidentiality: The Company maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, ensuring the privacy and security of all data shared during the course of providing services.
10. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate the subscription with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for any outstanding fees accrued until the termination date.
11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction.
12. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Company makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of its services. Clients use the services at their own risk.

Employee Transition: In the event that an employee for whom services are provided leaves the client’s employment, the client has the option to transfer the subscription fee to the next hired employee. If the client opts not to hire a replacement, they are entitled to a refund, provided they submit a written request for the refund.
14. Refund Policy: Clients terminating services due to employee departure must submit a written request for a refund. The refund will be processed, deducting any fees incurred for providing services to HMRC to finalize the account.
15. Service to HMRC: In the process of finalising the client’s account with HMRC upon termination, the Company may incur fees for additional services. These fees will be deducted from any eligible refund owed to the client.
